100% Pinela (local variety of Vipava Valley)
Dry, white wine
18 hours of maceration at 18°C (64°F)
Spontaneous fermentation at 15°C (59°F)
6 months in stainless steel, aged on lees, battonage
12.0% alc. by vol.
About wine: Color is yellow-green. Aromatics of fresh citrus, intense lemon. Medium acidity, fresh and light minerality. Pairs well with white fish, crustacean, and aperitivo/happy hour finger foods.
