Winemaking process:

100% Malvasia

Dry, white wine

18 hours of maceration at 18°C (64°F)

Spontaneous fermentation at 15°C (59°F)

6 months in stainless steel, aged on lees, battonage

12.5% alc. by vol.


About wine: Color is straw-yellow. Herbal and floral aromatics (dried grass, fresh cut flowers). Good balance between acidity and alcohol. Pairs well with lean meat, fish brodetto, and lighter polenta dishes.
